OLIVO RESERVE.

ESTATE-BOTTLED SICILIAN OLIVE OIL.

BRING RESPECT TO THE TABLECAPISCE?

OUR STORY

Olivo Reserve – Sicilian by Blood. Enduring by Tradition.

At Olivo Reserve, we don’t chase trends — we honour legacy.

Founded by Jack Luciano Antonio Pedli, Olivo Reserve springs from generations of Sicilian landowners and artisans whose heritage is measured not just in olives, but in estates, tradition, and quiet influence. The Pedelli family estates, nestled in the fertile hills of Val di Noto, have produced olive oil for over a century — a symbol of distinction reserved for those who understand refinement.

Raised between the timeless elegance of Italy’s sun-drenched south and the reserved sophistication of England’s countryside, Mr. Pedli brings a rare dual sensibility — one that reflects both aristocratic heritage and modern discretion.

While many seek fortune, Mr. Pedli’s wealth is a byproduct of stewardship — a stewardship of land, family, and craft. Olivo Reserve is the expression of this stewardship: rare, considered, and enduring.

Our history

Born from Tragedy. Preserved Through Generations.

Olivo Reserve traces its origins not just to the groves of Sicily, but to the icy waters of the North Atlantic.

In 1912, two Sicilian cousins — Alessandro Di Grusa and Vittorio Pedelli — boarded the RMS Titanic bound for a new life, bringing with them a few family seeds and the dream of one day creating an olive oil that honoured their homeland. Their wives, Maria and Elisabetta, tragically perished in the sinking. The cousins survived, forever changed.

In grief, they returned to Sicily, where they poured their sorrow and soul into the land. With calloused hands and broken hearts, they planted the first grove in Val di Noto, bottling their oil under a name that honoured the strength of their past: Riserva del Dolore — “The Reserve of Grief.”

Over the years, their creation became known locally for its purity, scarcity, and quiet excellence — passed down through discreet circles and private buyers. The world, however, never knew the full story. Until now.

A Legacy Reawakened

A century later, Jack Luciano Antonio Pedli — a man of heritage, discretion, and refinement — acquired the original estate and its remaining grove. With it, he restored not just a brand, but a vision.

Under his stewardship, Olivo Reserve was born: a continuation of a story that began with loss but now endures with grace. Still privately held. Still bottled with reverence. And still bearing the weight of everything that came before.

  A MESSAGE FROM THE BOSS

To those who understand the value of time,

Olivo Reserve is not a business I built — it is a story I chose to continue. When I first stepped foot on the sun-bleached soil of Val di Noto, I did not see a farm. I saw memory. I saw two men — Alessandro Di Grusa and Vittorio Pedelli — who endured unspeakable loss aboard the Titanic, and returned not to retreat from life, but to shape it.

They planted with pain. They harvested with hope. And in their honour, I have vowed to carry this legacy forward — with the same reverence, the same quiet discipline, and the same belief that the most beautiful things in life are born from struggle.

Today, we do not mass produce. We do not advertise with noise. We craft. We age. We bottle with care — for the few who still recognise value without explanation.

This is my life’s inheritance — not merely in name, but in purpose.

And it is my privilege to share it with you.

Con rispetto e gratitudine,

Jack Luciano Antonio Pedli
